  8. PRODUCTS

  10. Use of The Zondervan NIV Bible Commentary in saleable
  11. products is governed by the fair use doctrine of the Copyright
  12. Law.  Any use extending beyond fair use requires permission from
  13. the publisher.  We recommend obtaining permission for any quotes
  14. exceeding 500 words in saleable products

  16. USE OF NIVBC IN NON-SALEABLE MATERIALS

  18. When quotations from the NIVBC are used in non-saleable media such
  19. as class materials, a complete copyright notice is not required, but the 
  20. words The Zondervan NIV Bible Commentary must appear at the end
